Travel scholarships are available for students, please communicate to any committee member to apply for these.

Participation Policy

This workshop is a specialized scientific meeting. Participation is limited to researchers, faculty, and students whose work is directly related to optics and photonics. Potential participants can submit their abstracts through the abstract submission form.

This focus allows us to ensure that the presentations, discussions, and collaborations remain technically relevant and meaningful to all attendees.

As in previous workshop editions, unfortunately we are not able to cover expenses for travel, accommodation, or registration.

However, the registration fee is being kept as low as possible, in line with previous editions of the workshop.
