General Guidelines and Rules for Abstract Submission:

The official language is English. The abstract should contain a summary of your work and results in up to 250 words.

You will receive immediate confirmation of successful abstract submission.

Please note that authors whose abstracts are accepted for presentation will be expected to attend the meeting and give their presentation.

Travel scholarships are available for students, please communicate to any committee member after submitting your abstract to apply for these.
